A practical workplace-behavior program for people working in schools. It teaches how to behave professionally while performing a school-based role.
The program should be relevant to private and non-government school workplaces in Nigeria first, while remaining broadly useful across African school settings.

Where serious safety, safeguarding, abuse, harassment, health, legal or child-protection concerns arise, learners should follow school procedures and applicable requirements and escalate appropriately.
