Module Opening Scenario — “Nobody Told Me”

A customer walks into a store.

Water is dripping from the ceiling near the entrance.

A bucket is nearby.

Customers are walking around the wet area.

An employee sees the water.

He continues arranging products.

Later, a customer slips.

When the supervisor asks why nobody reported the problem, the employee says:

“Nobody told me to do anything.”
