Module opening scenario

Amina supervises a small office team.

At 9:00 a.m., she tells Daniel:

“Please work on that client matter today.”

Daniel is not sure what she means.

There are two open issues involving the same client.

He assumes she means the invoice problem.

He spends nearly three hours reviewing payments and preparing a report.

At noon, Amina asks:

“Where is the proposal? The client is waiting.”

Daniel says:

“I thought you meant the invoice issue.”

Amina becomes frustrated.

She says:

“You should have known what I meant.”
