Module opening scenario

A supervisor, Uche, is already frustrated.

Two employees called in absent.

A customer complained.

A delivery is late.

Then one employee, Ibrahim, tells him:

“The report is not finished yet.”

Uche raises his voice:

“What exactly do you people do here? Every day it is one excuse after another. If you cannot handle simple work, maybe you should not be here.”

Ibrahim responds:

“I told you yesterday that I was waiting for the figures from accounts.”

Uche says:

“Don’t talk back to me.”

Later, Uche checks the email trail.

Ibrahim had indeed warned him the previous day that the figures were missing.
