Module opening scenario

Two employees, Ada and Femi, work on the same shift.

Ada tells their supervisor, Bisi:

“Femi never helps. I do everything while he disappears.”

Femi later says:

“Ada keeps taking over tasks before I can do them, then tells everybody I am lazy.”

Bisi has known Ada for several years.

She likes her and usually trusts her judgment.

Without speaking further to Femi, Bisi tells him:

“You need to stop being lazy and start helping Ada.”

Femi becomes angry.

He says:

“You didn’t even ask what happened.”
