Module Opening Scenario — “I Was Angry”
A customer complains about an employee.
Before asking what happened, the supervisor calls the employee to the front counter in full view of customers and coworkers.
The supervisor shouts:
“What is wrong with you? How many times must I tell you how to behave?”
The employee becomes embarrassed and angry.
She shouts back:
“You cannot talk to me like that!”
The argument becomes louder.
Customers begin watching.
Later, both people explain their behavior by saying:
“I was angry.”
